Today
You will need to be colour matched as close as possible, if any colour work needs to be done with your hair, we recommend having this done BEFORE moving forward to make sure we can get the PERFECT colour match for you. You may even be someone who needs a custom coloured weft. If you can this will be disucssed with you today and additional costs will be quoted for you.
You will be asked to make a payment today. Let's break down what you are paying for.
The consultation - £25
This covers today’s appointment, whether or not you go ahead.
Fitting your new hair - 50% of service
You’ll be asked to pay 50% of the service cost today as a booking fee, in line with our
The length and colour of the hair will play a big part in your quote. This will be discussed with you and there is no pressure in moving forward if this does not match you budget.
Remember, with correct aftercare the hair can potentially stay looking and feeling great for around 9 months! An aftercare package will be ready for you on your first fitting.
Fitting day
Wash your hair thoroughly day of, or the evening before. Give it a good scrub but don't irritate your scalp.
DO NOT apply any oils, creams, serums or anything that has slip
Blowdry your hair smooth, if you wash the evening before, DO NOT sleep with wet hair.
Make sure ALL product if removed from the hair..we're looking at you root touch up spray.
Give your hair a really good brush
Avoid wearing anything high neck.
You will be asked to make a payment on your fitting day. Let's break down what you are paying for.
The remaining 50% of today’s appointment
Don't worry, your 50% that you've already paid will be taken off before checkout.
Booking fee for the 4-6 week maintenance appointment

Maintenance day

This is called a Mini move up, we do not remove your extensions, but just move them back up to their original postion so they’re ready for the next 4-6 weeks of amazing hair. We also use this time to remove any hairs that would have naturally shed but haven't been able to slip away and make sure everything is A-OK.
This is a dry based service so your hair is not washed or styled on this appointment, If you'd like to have a heat style added onto this then let us know ahead of time.
Make sure your hair and extensions are tangle free
Make sure your hair and extensions are nice and clean, just like you'd brush your teeth before the dentist!
Removal / Refit
Removal from £80

If you would like your extensions removed there will be a fee for this service. this includes a wash and blowdry.,
If you're having them refit after wearing them for 8-12 weeks , there is no removal cost as this is incorporated into your refit costs.
If you're needing a colour, your extensions will be removed, your hair will be coloured and your extensions will be refit on the same day if they are suitable.
